In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. 1. Cancellation

2. Refunds

If a user requests money return for a significant service error or unavailability of the service, our team will be examining those cases and if proven, will provide full money refund for the period. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction and may take up to 7 business days to be credited back to your account.

3. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made after the 24-hour cancellation period may not be eligible for arefund. However, we may consider partial refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis,depending on the circumstances.

4. Lifetime Deal Programme Scope

The Lifetime Deal Programme is subject to the following scope:

  • The Promotional Period may end at any time subject to InstaPlug’s solediscretion.

  • The Lifetime Deal Programme shall be made to the holder of the InstaPlug Account for the duration of that user’s lifetime. Such right shall immediatelyterminate upon the user being declared deceased. Such right shall not betransferable.

  • The Lifetime Deal Programme will include all the InstaPlug services that are made available.

  • If any new features are introduced in InstaPlug, it will not be entertained underthe LTD programme.

  • The Lifetime Deal shall not continue when InstaPlug’s services are terminated.

  • The products and features made available through the Lifetime Deal Programmecan be read through the website pricing section.

5. General Payment Norms

  • You agree to pay to InstaPlug any fees for the service you purchase or use, in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you.

  • InstaPlug may change the fees charged for the services at any time, provided that, for services billed on a subscription basis, the change will become effective only at the end of the then-current billing cycle of your subscription. InstaPlug will provide you with reasonable prior written notice of any change in fees to give you an opportunity to cancel your subscription before the change becomes
